Seriously who throws their kids off a bridge hoping to kill them?

This is way beyond my comprehension. I used to be disgusted by people who pee all over toilet seats and can't bother to clean up their own bodily fluids, leaving them for the next person to deal with.

People are out of control anymore. What happened to morals and decency?
